Blyth Estuary Flood Risk Management drop in session - Public Notice
The Environment Agency is holding two drop in sessions. More details here.
Environment Agency defers formal consultation on strategies
Having just undertaken the preferred option consultation on the Blyth Estuary Strategy it has become clear that there are constraints (particularly financial) surrounding its implementation. These will require further consideration.
With this in mind we are reviewing our programming of major strategies and we will therefore be deferring formal consultation on the remaining Suffolk estuaries until this is complete.
In the meantime the project team will be happy to update interested parties on an informal basis and will advise when formal consultation will resume.
